Jon has spent the last 6 years immersed in the world of dog training, combining his passion with his career as a certified active duty dog handler for the Military. His role has taken him around the globe, where he's had the privilege of training dogs in various environments, doing what he truly loves. Currently stationed in Norfolk, Virginia, Jon balances his career with family life, enjoying quality time with his wife and two children. When he's not training dogs, you can find Jon working out, catching waves, tackling DIY projects, or simply enjoying moments with his family. With a deep understanding of multiple training techniques, Jon is dedicated to helping dogs and their owners achieve their goals together.

With over a decade of experience in dog training, Erin has honed her skills across various areas, from PTSD/TBI service dog training to off-leash and e-collar work. She brings a versatile approach to her training, always aiming to meet specific goals using the best techniques available. While she's explored nearly every aspect of dog training, her true expertise lies in behavioral modification. Outside of work, Erin loves to explore Virginia with her boyfriend, discovering new breweries along the way, and cherishing time at home with her own dogs.
Haley
Haley founded Kilo One Dog Training in 2023, bringing her passion for dogs and people to life. As a Navy veteran, college student, wife, and mother, she balances many roles, but her heart always finds its way back to her two children, gardening, and catching waves when she can. Haley thrives on building strong connections with her clients and takes great joy in helping strengthen the bond between dogs and their owners.
